Internal Sales

Description

As Internal Sales you are responsible for the complete administration of the brands that you are responsible for. 

• You process the orders from the bodyworkshops and garages by phone or mail
• You search the needed carparts via systems like ETK, EPC, ETKA, ECAT,...
• You give the customer advice and information about his order
• You keep the customer posted about backorders, delivery terms,...
• You are a commercial person and contact spontaneously your customers
• You take care of price quotes and do the follow-up

Profile

• You are passionate about cars and have knowledge of carparts
• You have minimum 3 years experience in the automotive business
• Knowledge of platforms like ETKA or EPC is a plus
• You are bilingual Dutch/French
• You are customer-oriented and resistant to stress
• You work accurate and structured
• You are enthusiastic and contribute to a positive working environment
